I suggest we include segments of the spare time of millions of people, assimilated by enlightenment services, entertainment services and educational services in the Liberty Index. Every day we are involved in the services of enlightenment, entertainment, and education. This circumstance should be taken into account in the Liberty Index. This index can be represented in a three dimensional space.
