The text is the result of a two-year internship at the Ministry of Health's National AIDS Programme, in the Foreign Cooperation Unit and the International Centre for Technical Cooperation on HIV/AIDS. This work was followed by a master's dissertation on cooperation between Brazil and Mozambique.
