Autor

Teresa has worked for over thirty years in the area of healing, psychotherapy, and spiritual coaching. She is a native of Dublin and now lives in Kildare with her husband. She has two adult children and five grandchildren. She has worked as an accredited psychotherapist with the Irish Association of Humanistic & Integrative Psychotherapy for over twenty years. She has helped others work through historical childhood sexual abuse by the Catholic Church and within industrial schools in Ireland and other forms of abuse. She has worked with older people as a facilitator of Ageing With Confidence and has facilitated women's groups in building self-confidence and self- esteem within themselves. The Journey of the Unhealed Child is Teresa's first book, and she hopes that it aids others on their journey towards their healing.
