Also, it was unraveled that coaching in organizational culture that takes place during the recruitment stages goes a long way to enhance the performance of employees. Furthermore, organizational culture was seen to be dominant among the five strategic pillars of the company. In addition to the aforementioned, majority of ECG customers were opined that ECG core values are not adhered to and as such the company cannot pride itself in terms of professionalism, openness, well-being, excellence, and reliability. Several recommendations were proposed based on the findings of this study.
