The implementation of peer coaching in the Kingdom of Bahrain

The research investigates the introduction of peer coaching as an aspect of teachers' professional development in the Kingdom of Bahrain, specifically with regards to teachers in state primary schools. It originated in response to the difficulties encountered by teachers in terms of practicing the CPD strategies which are an aspects of educational reforms currently imposed by the Ministry of Education in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
