The data is of both primary and secondary nature where primary data is got from representatives from the AIDS information centre and secondary data from the internet and books. STATA will be used to predict the values of production loss in the agricultural analysis. After doing an analysis we find that the social effects have declined over the years due to the education of the locals and sensitisation on the HIV/AIDS and due to the availability of medication to the people in rural areas there is an increase in the agricultural activities therefore improving the livelihood of these people.
