The empirical results revealed that capital investments in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 contributed to the GDP growth, and to employment growth.

Autor

Dr. Vincent Byaruhanga earned a bachelor of philosophy degree in 1993, and a bachelor of divinity degree in 1998. Both degrees are from Makerere University, Uganda. He obtained his MBA from the University of Portland, Oregon in 2007. Dr. Vincent earned a PhD in Public Administration in 2014 from Florida Atlantic University.
