The woman is described as elegant, aristocratic in her stance, and walk, but wearing a Camel coat on a warm summer's day, curious? She has long blonde hair partially covering her face, and the males noted she had a large bust, the females noted the coat, heavy make-up, and an odd walk. The last person to see the victim can only be described as, an enigma, an illusionist!
