This work is an attempt to relate Linguistic Science to Literary Science. Dr Joseph Babasola Osoba is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Lagos, Akoka, Yaba, Lagos where he teaches courses in English Linguistics. His reseacher interest includes sociolinguistics, pragmatics, phonetics and phonology, applied linguistics and communication skills.
