Debra is a keen advocate of service scienceand design thinking and is a regular speaker at business seminars and IS industry events.She lectures on business analysis and requirements engineering at Henley BusinessSchool, where she is a visiting fellow. Debra has delivered keynote presentations atconferences, is a founder member of the BA Manager Forum and was the chief architectof the Advanced International Diploma in Business Analysis.
