Not only will this book be of interest to newcomers, but it is for these new generations; that they may remember how their "ancestors," with hard work and humour, with their love of this land and water, overcame the difficulties and challenges in accessing the lake and in building their cottages and homes so that they also could enjoy the peace and beauty of Healey Lake and maintain its integrity.
