At the height of these responses, a decision was made; it was time to take our lives back and be INTENTIONAL about our healing! In this book you will venture on a journey that many have experienced, but have been too ashamed and embarrassed to face their hidden hurts. It is my intent that women and girls of all ages, backgrounds and cultures will pull from this book whatever resonates with them.
