The Heinous Murders of 21st Century Women calls out the Supreme Court's unconstitutional revocation of Roe v. Wade and the unconstitutional laws prohibiting women's rights guaranteed by the Supremacy Clause of the U.S. Constitution, and the Ninth and Fourteenth amendments to that constitution. Shirley Foor's research is based on historical documents. She has found evidence that the High Court breached its two pledges to uphold the Constitution and to meet justice fairly and its execution of the procedures associated with reviewing cases. Throughout her research, she found law after law and procedure after procedure that violated the Constitution and its protection of life, liberty, and due process. Additionally, the majority decision in the revocation is filled with statements that contradict the Constitution. The decision emphasizes the states' rights. The three documents that she cites, disavow those rights. In fact, the decision, written by Justice Samuel Alito, shows gross discrimination against women's rights. Among other nonsense, the decision actually says that abortion is not a gender issue.
