Autor

Rose Mascaro is an Australian writer, editor and teacher who is passionate about teaching others how to connect with their most authentic, heart-led words. She's the former editor of Teen Breathe magazine, Australia's leading mindfulness magazine for teens, and holds a master's degree in creative writing from UTS, Sydney. In a previous life, Rose spent over a decade as a secondary English teacher in her hometown of Perth. Hearing the calls of her creative heart, she quit her job, travelled the world, studied yoga and meditation, and moved to Sydney to complete her MA in creative writing. She became a writer and editor specialising in fiction, travel, spirituality and lifestyle. In 2020 Rose launched HeartWriting Australia where she teaches powerful, authentic writing from the heart using a combination of literature, meditation, spirituality, heart theory, and creative psychology. Her sellout writing workshops and retreats are a perfect blend of spiritual connection and writing technique. Rose has authored two books, is published in magazines and anthologies internationally, and has co-authored a range of Australian titles.
