That day, I realized that I was no more a child. Maybe that was the last day of my youth as the following day I would turn eighteen, so I was going to arrive to a turning point. This number has a great meaning in everybody's life, but in our world, it has a particular importance. I was living in the country of Pangea since I had been born. We have a rule: when children turn eighteen, they have to appear at the Council of the Old, where their future is decided. Usually they give the same trade to the youngsters as their parents fulfilled, so I had a great chance to become a teacher. The situation with my brother was totally different. We were twins, but he was so extraordinary-he was more serious, deeper than me. On that day when we became adults, our fate was intermixed, and I had to be a ruthless warrior, a Guardian of Power. This is how my story begins."
