Is it any wonder that she became a librarian? Her favorite day of the week was Saturday, when she would walk to the library and return home with her arms full of books. Ms. Quigley was raised in Vermont, earned her MA in Library Science from Simmons College in Boston, and moved to Rhode Island, where she and her husband raised their three children. Her favorite book-related organizations are Books Are Wings, in Rhode Island, and Children's Literacy Foundation, in Vermont. This is her first book written for children.
