Originally intended as a research journal, this book aimed to assess the state of governance in Talalora District, one of the 34 districts in the Division of Samar, Philippines, through a descriptive-quantitative research design the state of school operations, fiscal management, implementation of DepEd programs, projects, and activities, and human resource development.

Autor

Kimberly Mae Isanan Ortego is a native of Talalora, Samar, Philippines. She works as a school-based Senior Bookkeeper at the Department of Education Philippines and as an online English tutor at Preply Inc. At present, she is pursuing her masters degree in Public Management. Her research interests include local leadership and management styles.
