Renowned for his Chronicles of Barsetshire series and the Palliser novels, Anthony Trollope was a prolific and renowned English novelist. Trollope was born into a middle-class household, but his early years were characterized by chaotic family dynamics and financial hardships. In spite of these obstacles, he succeeded in his career as a civil servant in the British Post Office, where he spent more than thirty years.
