From that stable, where a very pregnant woman and her man are currently waiting out the night, comes a blood curdling scream. Animals watch uninterested, their rectangle pupils staring through it all. The two, that are soon to see their third, are completely alone; away from their home and family in a shack that smells of animal waste and feed. This is how my God came for me.
