This book is for those who have been through hell after dealing with a narcissistic toxic person and are now healing. Through each poem it shows the emotions of the empath and the abusive toxic behavior of the narcissist. I hope this book brings awareness to those who may be experiencing any form of narcissistic abuse and are unaware. This was written to bring awareness to others.

Autor

The author, Blessitt Johnson, born in 1999 is a writer and poet.As a small town girl in the heart of east Texas, after countless attempts of pursuing a college degree and wondering where her future would go. She trusted God and years later pursued her passion of writing poetry books for those who struggle with their mental health such as, anxiety, depression and loneliness just like her. While showing others how God is in every situation and every circumstance. She also enjoys writing books that discuss real life issues such as abandonment, trauma and abuse. Blessitt spends most of her time at home with family and friends, going to the park,and traveling .
