Regulating the behaviour of political parties through financing mechanisms is necessary, but is not a simple task. Between the success and perversity of the reform, this study proposes to identify the strengths of the mechanisms proposed by the Beninese legislator, to evaluate their effectiveness and to propose alternatives.
