The present study intends to develop several less researched aspects from the fiction of Edgar Allan Poe. The picture will be completed by a short attempt of journalistic geography in the Poe s epical texts, also revealing some descriptions proposed by the postmodernism. In my opinion, there are enough clues in Poe s writing that contributed to the substantiation of postmodernism.
