She is also a partner at the London law firm, Kingsley Napley She is also a visiting Professor at the College of Europe, Bruges. Steve Peers is a Professor at the School of Law, University of Essex. Jonathan Tomkin is a Member of the Legal Service, at the European Commission and is an Affiliated Researcher at the Institute of European Law, KU Leuven.
