The research then identifies the gaps and disconnections between corporate policies and unethical corporate behavior. The cases studied were the Halliburton bribery scandal and the Siemens Bribery Scandal, both in Nigeria. It opens in roads in understanding government-business relations and how corruption affects the firm.
