Kirk Poser has actively been a part of the Men's Ministry Team at RiverGlen Christian Church in Waukesha, WI for over fifteen years now, and it is through this work that he developed The Encouragement Factor program. He is retired from Concurrency, Inc. where he worked as an account executive, providing businesses with technical IT solutions. Kirk has mentored and coached individuals in both faith-based and business settings. He has led hundreds of men in small group settings, initially to help men become better husbands, better fathers, and better friends. Soon, the audience expanded and benefited from this methodology. We all need encouragement, and Kirk's work helps people improve their relationships by focusing on becoming encouragers.The Encouragement Factor fulfills Kirk's dream to help people become who God intended them to be.
