He has published over 120 journal articles and 24 books, and he is the founder of the Tamara Journal for Critical Organization Inquiry. Mabel Sanchez is a PhD student at New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, USA. Mabel has worked in the government and private sector, including the World Trade Center El Paso/Juarez, the New Mexico Border Authority, and the Dallas Independent School District. Her research interests include diversity, gender and organization, organizational change, feminist theory, and qualitative research.
