Through this study we tried to find out the effects of integrated weight training, on the improvement of muscular and technical parameters in the discipline football , its optimization and planning in the training of young footballers, and in particular, if this concept could be transposed to young Algerian U-18 footballers. Two objectives were targeted: from a scientific point of view, to measure the impact of M.I in young players, and from a practical point of view, to present a pedagogical tool to coaches and students in understanding this training concept. To carry out this research, we used the experimental method, developing an 8-week program, applied to a sample of 12 U-18 players, and after collecting the results of the pre- and post-tests, the analysis of these results demonstrated the following. The hypotheses put forward at the outset were confirmed through the pedagogical intervention, and the results obtained are significant.
