The sharing of information through the availability of the service in the Rwandan health system facilities has helped to control HIV/AIDS and to minimize its spread of HIV/AIDS among population. Since the implementation of tracnet in the Rwanda health facilities especially in Nyagatare district hospital there has not been any evaluation of its availability to users ( patients with HIV/AIDS, health caregivers and professionals) in order to improve HIV/AIDS service delivery.
