All my life my mom never let me forget who was in charge - God. And never let me give up on Him. Even when she was 96 and I knew I would lose her, she reminded me to pray, believe and trust Him. Her unwavering love for God and for me were an inspiration. Although I miss her every day I know she is in Heaven waiting for me. After my mom passed away, I did not know what to do. She was everything to me. But then a thought came to me, something my mom would say to me all my life to help me focus on God - "The devil can't have me no matter what, I'll hit him in the head and I'll kick him in the butt".
