By incorporating three different sources: The Desiderata, mindfulness and Buddhism, and teachings attributed to Jesus, I found a way of navigating the ups and downs of life in a meaningful way and I wanted to share some of what I have learned by taking each line of the The Desiderata and merging it with those other philosophies.
