The book focuses on both national and popular sovereignty. For this reason, we take a look at the evolution of sovereignty, from the Congolese monarchy to the advent of state sovereignty. As far as our country is concerned, we hope that legislators and the judiciary will become aware of their responsibilities and fully exercise their prerogatives.
