Throughout his school years, Bill Svoboda's notebooks were constantly filled with doodles, hinting at a lifelong love for creativity. Although he found his niche in the world of business, those doodles never left his side. An entrepreneur at heart, Bill founded his first company in his college dorm in 2003, working with esteemed clients like Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn, and even giving a TEDx talk in front of 1,800 people.Today, Bill is the co-founder of CloseSimple, a software that simplifies and secures the real estate closing process for Title & Escrow companies across the country. As a passionate speaker, he covers topics such as entrepreneurship, business growth strategies, customer experience, creativity, and personal development.Bill believes that everyone is an artist, even if they don't see themselves that way. He also believes that God has a plan for everyone and sometimes you just have to "draw the first line" to see where He takes you. Bill's unique perspective stems from his varied experiences: starting a custom apparel business in college (which he sold in 2018), launching business ventures from nothing, and creating his own line of line-art that captures images with simple, elegant lines.Whether through keynotes, business ventures, or his artwork, Bill aims to empower people, urging them to create emotions rather than just go through the motions.
