Using ethnographic methods, interviews and observation techniques, we discovered the importance of internal communication and its impact on the internal workings of the National Assembly of the DRC.This book has three chapters: the first focuses on the conceptual and theoretical framework, the second presents the field of investigation and the last gives the results and interpretation of our survey at the National Assembly of the DRC.
