Cate Bakos is the founder of Cate Bakos Property, a boutique independent Melbourne buyer's agency firm, and the winner of Your Investment Property magazine's Top Buyer's Agent of 2018 award. Cate was a finalist in 2013 and 2019 for the Telstra Business Woman of the Year, was the National Winner of the Buyer's Agent of the Year for Sterling Publishing in 2013, and a finalist for Industry Thought Leader of the Year and Buyer's Agent of Year in the Real Estate Business (REB) Awards 2019. Cate is President of the Real Estate Buyer's Agents' Association (REBAA) and a proud PIPA member, with QPIA (Qualified Property Investment Advisor) status.Cate launched Cate Bakos Property in 2014 and has assisted more than 2000 clients with their property purchases, strategies, and decisions. Extensive asset-selection experience in Melbourne metro suburbs and Victorian regional markets has given her a valuable point of difference to offer her cashflow-driven clients.She co-hosts the podcast The Property Trio (formerly The Property Planner, Buyer and Professor), bringing property topics to light and separating fact from fiction.
