Lukas Krause is driven by a relentless desire to learn, grow, and help others achieve their potential. As a student of professional development, Lukas has developed, refined, and used the practices contained in this book to go from an entry-level position to an executive role as the Chief Executive Officer for the Real Property Management franchise system and its portfolio of companies. He has received numerous accolades individually (Housing Wire named him "Real Estate Industry's Rising Star") and organizationally (Forbes named the business on of the top ten franchises for its investment class). One of Lukas's proudest accomplishments is his pursuit of a life-long dream of playing professional baseball. While working extra hours at a full-time job after graduating college, he put in the unglamorous work each and every night on the field. All these efforts paid off and Lukas' dream became a reality when he signed with the New York Mets. Lukas holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from Indiana University and an Executive MBA from the University of Colorado.
