Burn injury is often seen in labor, manufacturing as well as in daily life and is one of the public health problem worldwide that must be paid attention to due to the burden of diseases, injuries after burn affecting the quality of patient's life. It is estimated that every year about 300,000 people die from firerelated burns worldwide, of which about 30% are those under 20 years old. Global Burden of Disease project by the World Health Organization showed that burn is an important factor contributing to the total number of casualties due to illness among children in countries with low and moderate income in the regions of Africa, Southeast Asia and the eastern mediterranean.However, studies of burns in mountainous areas are very limited and do not mention completely and systematically. Meanwhile, the demand for the topical treatment of these patients is becoming an urgent need.
