The Break Through is a graphic novel with art and poetry. It's powerful with themes of redemption and restoration from a place of desolation. Art helps to heal deep wounds so creating this book helped me. My prayer is that it will lead broken people to hope and heal from past hurts or harmful habits.

Autor

Carla Marrero resides in Massachusetts where she is an art educator. She majored in illustration, earning a BFA at the Art Institute of Boston in 1998. While she has written and illustrated children's picture books, The Break Through is her first graphic novel.
