There is Hugo Chávez, an unknown military man who, after a coup d'état, is the man needed for the profound transformation of this aimless country. First a prisoner and then a president, he wants what the people want, deep changes, he redirects the country's path, shaping a new Constitution within a Bolivarian Revolution, with a "third way" political ideology, but with a strong social doctrine, which affected the interests of the right-wing leaders who also voted for him and three years later attacked the oil company with a coup. From there, Chávez declares his new political model to be applied, designed by a German sociologist, Heinz Dieterich Steffan: Socialism of the 21st Century.
