Kristine is a certified Usui Holy Fire(R) Karuna Reiki(R) Master, Trauma-Informed Kundalini Warrior Yoga Teacher and Shamanic Practitioner.Additionally, she is a certified Mindfulness Coach. Wearing a coaching hat has continued to foster her own growth - motivating her to uplift others from a more empowered place.Prior to this, Kristine worked in Corporate Communications for over 15 years - both in-house for Fortune 500 global organizations - as well as global Public Relations agencies and as a consultant.She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Monmouth University, where she double majored in Public Relations/Journalism and T.V./Radio Broadcasting.Kristine has been published in Reiki News Magazine, and volunteers for charitable causes she is passionate about.She is grateful for the support and love she receives from her family and others who are close to her heart, which she reciprocates.In addition to motherhood and her work in the energy healing space which keeps her life full - she creates intentional space for relaxation and loves travelling, writing, photography, nature, animals, cooking, dancing, music and more.
