Considering the fact that there is little published data on renal diseases in our country this study was conducted to describe the histopathological pattern of glomerular disease in Northern part of Bangladesh. In this book among 773 patients the commonest presentation was Nephrotic syndrome, nephritic illness and AKI remains other presentation. In a resource poor set up early diagnosis and treatment can only prevent extra burden from this diseases. DIF plays a vital role for early and accurate diagnosis in parallel to light microscopy.
