He holds a Doctorate of Education from the University of New England, in addition to multiple other degrees and certifications. Dr. Lescarbeau has held executive leadership roles in both private corporations and academic institutions in addition to serving as Dean of Academic Instruction at multiple campuses. In 2024, he started Tango Lima Professional Services--a business focused on education, leadership, and innovation --where he serves as its President and CEO. Dr. Lescarbeau is recognized for his ability to turn around underperforming programs, secure grants, and foster strategic partnerships. He has been actively involved in many community and professional organizations, and received multiple awards for his contributions to education and workforce development.
