In addition to this, looking in to the institutional arrangements for AGOA implementation in the country reveals that the concerned institutions are not paying a coordinated or orchestrated effort to achieve the desired benefits out of the opportunity. The exploration of the challenges on the implementation of AGOA reveals that there are constraints on both the supply-Side (the U.S) and the Demand-side (SSA countries) in the enforcement of the AGOA regime.
