This book was taken from my Masters work. It offers insights on how to teach writing to English second learners. Specifically, it looks at the teaching of writing in English First Additional Language (EFAL) Intermediate Phase in South African classrooms. Its focus is on the work of two South African Grade 5 teachers. The book also explores factors that inform teachers approaches to teaching writing.

Autor

Julius is an English Lecturer at the University of Namibia. He holds a Master of Education in English Language Teaching from Rhodes University (with Distinction), South Africa, and is currently busy with his PhD at the same university. He is very passionate about language learning and teaching in general.
