Modern library environment has changed a lot due to the technology driven processes and practices. This transformation in teaching and library practices necessitates proper restructuring of library management and services. The increased teaching role of librarians is substantiated to cope up with the situation in order to provide effective services to the users. The articles included in this book are selected by peer review from the papers presented in the National Seminar on Teaching Role of Librarians organized by the College of Horticulture, Kerala Agricultural University (KAU), Thrissur, in collaboration with Academic Library Association (ALA) and Kerala Library Association (KLA) during 21-22 August 2015.
