The main purpose of this book is a critical taxonomic investigation of some homobasidiomycetes of District Tor ghar, Pakistan. The collection was made from different sampling sites of the District through consecutive visits both in the rainy and dry seasons of the year 2014. During the present investigation 18 specimens were collected belonging to 10 different families and 12 different genera of homobasidiomycetes were identified on the basis of morphological and anatomical traits. Agaricus, Amanita, Boletus, Lactarius, Macrolepiota, pheliota, Russula, panaeolus, Hypholoma, Psathyrella, cortinarius and Astraeus. 18 taxa are new reported from District Tor ghar i.e Astraeus hygrometricus, Agaricus augustus, Agaricus silvaticus, Amanita vaginata, Amanita citrina, Boletus aurantiacus, Cortinarius paleaceus, Cortinarius aurilicis, Hypholoma fasciculare, Lactarius fuliginosus, Macrolepiota procera, Macrolepiota dolichula, Panaeolus papiliolaceus.
