Scientific evidence suggests that antioxidants reduce the risk for chronic diseases including cancer and heart diseases .The higher antioxidant properties of edible vegetables is Lamium amplexicuale, Sonchus asper, Taraxicum officinale.Vicia faba ,Centaurea, Oxalis carniculata ,Veronica aquolus.The phytochemical studies are the Tannin, saponin.
