She went to flight school and learned to fly and immersed herself in vigorous vocal training (with a focus on operatic singing). Ramona's marriage never recovered from the loss of a son, resulting in a broken home. Another marriage, which followed, was painful all the way. After struggling with her grief for years, Ramona finally decided to give her grief-and her boy-to the Lord. Returning to college once more, she earned a degree in psychology from Saint Joseph's College in Maine. Continuing in her music ministry for God, she also recorded a CD, Serenity, which earned an International Angel Award. Ramona, who now lives in mid-Michigan, has been blessed with four children and four grandchildren.
