Chapter Two of the research work presented a review of the existing literature. Materials and methodology of the research work have presented in chapter three of the study. The system block diagram, states descriptions, notations, assumptions, states transition diagram and formulation of a mathematical model of the study were outlined as usual as in any research of this type. Results and discussion are presented in Chapter Four of the research work. Finally, Chapter Five consists of summary, conclusion derived from the various results obtained and recommendations.
