Chapter-II brie y describes different analytical techniques used to characterize the synthesized CPPD nano particles. These techniques are powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), Optical Microscopy, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR), Thermo-gravimetric Analysis (TGA), Impedance Spectroscopic Studies (IS) and Energy Dispersive Analysis of X-ray (EDAX). Chapter-III deals with the synthesis and characterization of CPPD nano particles. CPPD nano-particles are synthesized using surfactant mediated approach and characterized by variousanalytical techniques. The results are discussed.
