In order to overcome these problems, esterification and transesterification were studied using homogeneous acid catalysis with H2SO4 catalyst and butanol as synthesis alcohol. The butyl esters obtained revealed characteristics in accordance with the standards ASTM D6751 and EN 14214 and similar to those of the gazol of SONABHY. However, the acid number (B.aegytiaca (1.94 mg.KOH / g), L. microcarpa (3.88 mg.KOH / g), P. butyracea (1.96 mg.KOH / g), and S. birrea (3.15 mg.KOH / g)) and viscosity (B. aegytiaca (6.368 mm2 / s), L. microcarpa (7.032 mm2 / s), P. butyracea (6.907 mm2 / s), S .birrea...

So there is a need for additional post-treatment of biodiesel to be closer to the specifications of the standard.
